These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.gogoumagog.com, purchases made through the site, and the services provided through it. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy and Cookies Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Refund Policy, as updated from time to time.
The site is operated by GOGOU MAGOG, owned by Maor Itshak. In these Terms & Conditions, the terms “GOGOU MAGOG,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the business operating the site.
Use of the Site
The site is intended for reasonable personal use only. You may not use the site for unlawful activity, impersonation, interference with the site’s systems, unauthorized collection of information, attempts to bypass security mechanisms, misuse of coupons, or any action that may harm GOGOU MAGOG, other users, or third parties.
We may, at our discretion, block access to the site, cancel an account, restrict use, or cancel an order if we suspect misuse, unusual activity, attempted fraud, inaccurate information, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
User Account
You may create an account on the site using an email address and password, as well as through Google or Facebook login, where available on the site. The user is responsible for keeping login details confidential and for any activity carried out through their account.
When creating an account or placing an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We may request identity verification before carrying out certain actions, including account deletion, detail changes, or handling requests related to orders.
Age and Legal Capacity
The site is open for general viewing. A person under the age of 18 may make a purchase, create an account, or provide information on the site only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, where such consent is required by law.
Placing an order on the site constitutes a statement that the user is legally capable of entering into the transaction, or has obtained the required consent. Holding a credit card does not necessarily constitute proof of age or proof of parental or guardian consent.
Products, Images, and Sizes
GOGOU MAGOG is an online fashion house. The site displays clothing, items, and accessories, as may be available from time to time.
We make an effort to present products, colors, sizes, compositions, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur between the product as displayed on the site and the actual product, including due to lighting, photography, image editing, screen settings, fit, inventory, or technical changes.
Size charts, fit recommendations, and product descriptions are intended to help you choose, but they do not guarantee that an item will fit every user in the same way.
Prices and Payment
All prices on the site are displayed in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. The site or payment provider may allow payment in a foreign currency, but the binding price is the price displayed on the site at the time of the order, subject to payment approval.
Payment on the site is made by credit card and through external payment and clearing providers, including HYP and MAX, together with Wix services. Shopping on the site is secure, and GOGOU MAGOG does not store full credit card details in the site’s systems or in the user account.
An order will be considered approved only after completion of the order process, payment approval, and confirmation of the order by the site. We may update prices, promotions, discounts, and shipping fees at any time. A price change will not apply to an order that has already been approved, unless there is a clear and material error.
Inventory and Availability
Inventory on the site is updated regularly. In general, an item that is out of stock will not be available for purchase. However, inventory errors, technical issues, system update delays, or human errors may occur.
If, after an order is placed, it turns out that an item purchased is not available in stock, we will notify the customer and cancel the relevant part of the order or the entire order. In such a case, a full refund will be issued for the item that was not supplied, using the same payment method used for the purchase, with no cancellation fee.
We may cancel an order in the event of an inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, misuse of a coupon or benefit, inaccurate information, technical fault, or any other circumstance that prevents us from completing the transaction properly. If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified and may contact us for clarification.
Shipping
GOGOU MAGOG provides shipping within Israel only, by courier to the customer’s home or to the address provided in the order. As of the publication date of these Terms & Conditions, self-pickup for orders is not available.
Shipping within the Gush Dan area costs NIS 15 and is expected to arrive within up to 2 business days. Shipping to other areas in Israel costs NIS 25 and is expected to arrive within up to 6 business days. Orders over NIS 450 include free shipping, unless stated otherwise on the site.
For communities beyond the Green Line, the Arava area, Eilat, the Golan Heights, and other remote areas, delivery times may be extended up to 10 business days.
Delivery times are reasonable estimates and do not include the day the order was placed, Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, or days on which shipping services are not active. During peak periods, sales, holidays, road closures, strikes, issues with shipping providers, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be extended. In cases of climate-related disruptions, extreme weather, security conditions, force majeure, or other exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be extended further depending on the circumstances.
In the event of a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to update you and handle the order, but we will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and applicable law. In general, for purchases made on the site, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days from the date you received the product.
A cancellation request must be submitted through the returns and exchanges form on the site: [Returns and Exchanges Form]. After receiving the request, we will contact you to continue the process.
When cancelling an order, and where permitted by law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, will be charged. Shipping, collection, or handling fees may not be refunded or may be deducted from the refund, unless the law requires otherwise or unless stated otherwise on the site.
If the cancellation is due to a defect, mismatch, incorrect item, non-delivery, or breach by GOGOU MAGOG, no cancellation fee will be charged. The item will be collected at GOGOU MAGOG’s expense, and the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return Conditions
A returned product must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging where possible, with all original tags, labels, and tickets attached to it as received, and without use, wear, washing, defect, alteration, damage, stain, noticeable scent of perfume, body cream, or any other sign indicating use.
A product that does not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return, exchange, refund, or store credit, subject to applicable law.
Hygiene products, swimwear, underwear, products made or customized personally, products opened in a way that does not allow return, or other products that the law does not require us to accept back, cannot be returned due to order cancellation, unless required by law.
Items priced under NIS 50 will not be eligible for a monetary refund, but only for store credit to be used on the site, subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, applicable law, and the item meeting the return conditions.
Monetary Refund
A monetary refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law and this policy, after receiving the cancellation or return request and subject to inspection of the item, where required.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. If cancellation fees, collection fees, or other costs permitted by law are charged, they will be deducted from the refund amount after notifying the customer.
A monetary refund will not be issued in cash, unless required by law. An item purchased using a Gift Card or store credit will not be refunded to a credit card, but will be credited as store credit or balance for use on the site, according to the original payment method and applicable law.
After the item is received and inspected, an update will be sent by email. Monetary refunds will be processed in accordance with the law and the processing times of the payment providers.
Store Credit
Instead of a monetary refund, you may choose to receive store credit for use on the site. Choosing store credit allows you to receive the full value of the item approved for return, without deduction of a cancellation fee, unless stated otherwise or unless prevented by law.
The store credit will be sent by email as a code for use on the site. The credit may be used on the GOGOU MAGOG site only, subject to the terms provided with it.
If an item purchased using a Gift Card or store credit is returned and approved for return, the refund will be issued as store credit or balance for use on the site, and not as a monetary refund to another payment method, unless required by law.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange of size, color, or item through the returns and exchanges form on the site: [Returns and Exchanges Form].
An exchange is subject to available inventory, the item meeting the return conditions, and the terms of this policy. If the requested item is not available, you may choose a monetary refund, store credit, or another solution, depending on the law and the circumstances.
Each customer is entitled to 1 return or exchange with no collection fee. After that, courier collection within the Gush Dan area will cost NIS 15, and collection from other areas in Israel will cost NIS 25. For purchases over NIS 650, the return service will be provided with no collection fee, unless stated otherwise on the site.
Where a collection fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount after notifying the customer.
Collection of Returned Items
After submitting a return or exchange form and receiving approval of the request, we will coordinate courier collection or return at a return point in Ramat Gan, according to the options available at that time.
An item may be returned free of charge at a return point in Ramat Gan, by prior coordination only. The return address and time will be provided after contact and coordination. Arrival for the purpose of handing over the item will be coordinated in advance.
After a return is coordinated, the item will usually be collected within up to 10 business days. In remote areas, during holidays, sales, unusual peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control, collection time may be extended up to 14 business days. In cases of climate-related disruptions, extreme weather, security conditions, force majeure, or other exceptional circumstances, collection times may be extended further depending on the circumstances.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Every item is packed by hand and checked before shipping. Still, mistakes can happen.
If you received a defective, incorrect, or mismatched item, we’re sorry. Please report it as soon as possible through the returns and exchanges form or by email at contact@gogoumagog.com, including your order details and relevant photos.
In the event of a defect, mismatch, or mistake on our part, the item will be collected at GOGOU MAGOG’s expense, and the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the item, using the same payment method used for the purchase, or receive a replacement with a correct item, at the customer’s choice and subject to inventory availability.
Gift Card
A Gift Card may be purchased online only. The Gift Card may be used on the GOGOU MAGOG site only and is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
The minimum amount for purchasing a Gift Card is NIS 50, and the maximum amount is NIS 2,500. A Gift Card may be used across multiple purchases until the full balance is used. Only 1 Gift Card may be redeemed per order, and it may be used together with a coupon code, unless stated otherwise in the coupon or promotion terms.
The Gift Card may be transferred to another person. When purchasing it, you may enter the recipient’s name, email address, and a personal message.
The responsibility for keeping the Gift Card code secure lies with the purchaser or the recipient. GOGOU MAGOG will not be liable for use of the code by another person if the code was provided, exposed, transferred, stored insecurely, or reached a third party due to an act or omission beyond our control.
A Gift Card purchase may be cancelled in accordance with the law, as long as it has not been redeemed, in whole or in part. After full or partial redemption, the Gift Card cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless required by law.
If an item purchased using a Gift Card is returned and approved for return, the refund will be issued as store credit or balance for use on the site, according to the payment method and applicable law.
Promotions, Coupons, and Benefits
GOGOU MAGOG may offer promotions, discounts, coupons, benefits, special sales, or special customer club terms from time to time. Each benefit is subject to the terms published in relation to it, including validity, redemption limitations, minimum purchase, included or excluded categories.
Unless stated otherwise, coupons or benefits cannot be converted into cash. Misuse of a coupon, attempts to bypass terms, creation of multiple accounts, or unusual use of benefits may result in cancellation of the benefit, cancellation of an order, or blocking of an account.
Pop-up Sales and Events
These Terms & Conditions will apply, with the necessary changes, to items sold through a Pop-up, event, physical sale, or collaboration, unless different terms are set at the place of sale.
GOGOU MAGOG may set separate payment, shipping, collection, return, exchange, discount, inventory, and promotion terms for each Pop-up or event, depending on the place, time, and nature of the sale. Where specific terms are displayed at an event or in relation to a particular sale, they will apply to that sale, subject to applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the site and its content belong to GOGOU MAGOG or to third parties that have granted it permission to use them. This includes the brand name, logo, texts, designs, images, graphics, video, site interface, collections, product names, content arrangement, and any other material appearing on the site.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, publicly display, or make commercial use of the site content without prior written approval from GOGOU MAGOG.
Privacy
The use of personal information on the site is governed by our Privacy and Cookies Policy. The policy explains what information is collected, how we use it, with whom it may be shared, how cookies are used, and what rights you have regarding your information.
Use of the site also constitutes agreement to the Privacy and Cookies Policy, as updated from time to time.
Liability and Limitation of Liability
We make an effort to operate the site properly, securely, and continuously. Shopping on the site is carried out in a secure environment and through recognized external payment and service providers. However, from time to time there may be faults, delays, maintenance work, communication issues, or events originating from systems of Wix, payment providers, shipping providers, communication providers, or other third-party companies working with us.
The products on the site are fashion and clothing products. Responsibility for them is provided in accordance with the law, including in the case of defect or mismatch. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions derogates from any consumer rights under applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, GOGOU MAGOG will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damage caused by use of the site, temporary unavailability of the site, shipping delays, unauthorized use of an account, reliance on information on the site, or circumstances beyond our control.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information presented on the Website is accurate, clear, and up to date. However, errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or changes may occur from time to time, and we do not guarantee that all information on the Website will always be complete, accurate, or current.

The updated version of the terms will be published on the site and will take effect upon publication, unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the site after the terms are updated will be considered acceptance of the updated version.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any use of the site will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising from the site, its use, or a purchase made through it will be granted to the competent courts in Israel, and subject to applicable law - in the Tel Aviv District.
